This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.01.2021 wherein the petitioner has sought for removal of his name from the History Sheet.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the History Sheet was maintained against the petitioner by the second respondent in HS No.29 of 2009. It has been closed on the recommendation made by the Assistant Commissioner on 15.02.2021.
