When the matter was listed for hearing on 06.06.2023 there was no representation for the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 19.06.2023. Even on 19.06.2023 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity the matter was again directed to be listed on 26.06.2023 (today) under the caption for ''dismissal". When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
