ORDER

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to conduct the public auction at the premises of Ottanur-Kottaiyur Coracle area, for the purpose of collecting charges (Toll) for the period between 01.07.2015 and 30.06.2016.

of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No cost.
