This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.193/2023 on 10.01.2023 that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 3 months and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
