This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25/1/2021 and to temporarily stop the appointment proceeding conducted by the second respondent and postpone the General Body Meeting to another couple of month and to transfer Dr.P.Selvaganapathy to his mother union (Puthkottai).

2. The petitioner, has not made out any ground for entertaining this writ petition and for issuing a mandamus. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner can very well participate in the General Body Meeting and if he have any grievance, he can work out his remedy, as per by law. No costs.
