ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing on 20.04.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Company is under liquidation and the Official Liquidator, should be brought on record and he also undertook to furnish the correct address of the Official Liquidator. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner now states that the petitioner Company has been taken over by a new Management and he has to get instructions.
2. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to find the proper person to prosecute this Writ Petition, this Court is not inclined to keep this Writ Petition pending unnecessarily and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. It is open to the 2/4
petitioner's counsel to inform the appropriate person as to the fate of the litigation and in case the interested person comes forward with an application, it will be considered appropriately if proper explanation is offered for allowing this Writ Petition to be dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
