ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 18.08.2017 passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court in W.P.No.22015 of 2017 has not been complied

with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made out two grievances pursuant to the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that due compliance has been made. The first is with respect to the removal of trees which have been already uprooted and the second is with respect to closing of the open hole.

3.Considering the above, we direct the Commissioner, Pallavaram Municipality to undertake the aforesaid exercise as sought for by the petitioner by removing the uprooted trees from the existing place and covering the open hole within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
