PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.31588/08/X-1 dated 31.07.2010 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Noon Meal Organiser now held by the second respondent with effect from the date of appointment of the second respondent with all consequential benefits.
