O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the subject property and to demarcate the boundaries pursuant to the OnLine application submitted by the petitioner on 21.10.2024.

2. Heard Ms.V.Ranjitha, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered sale deed dated 27.01.2012. The further case of the petitioner is that patta also stands in his name in Patta No.38981. The petitioner made an OnLine application on 21.10.2024 for survey and demarcation of the boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the OnLine application submitted by the petitioner on 21.10.2024 and conduct the survey. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, the survey shall be conducted in their presence. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
