Crl.O.P.No.5595 of 2018 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN .J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court vide order dated 15.02.2019 has disposed of the Crl.O.P.No.5595 of 2018 directing the respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner. However the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no such compliant dated 08.09.2017, pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.Heard both sides.
4. In view of the above, the paragraph No.4 of the order dated 15.02.2019 reads as follows:
"4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no complaint dated 08.09.2017 is pending. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to register the case and and pass orders on merits in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal original Petition stands disposed of."
