The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for regularization of the petitioner's service as a sanitary worker.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner's service has been regularized from the date of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 23.02.2006, Municipal Administration and Water supply (MC3) Department. 3.

In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition can be considered as complied with by the respondents and as such, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
