Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in RC.No.37622/ICS/2003 dated 22.9.2004 confirming the punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of five years with cumulative effect passed by the second respondent in proceedings Estt/E1/JL/Vellore/2003-04 dated 16.5.2003 and quash the said orders dated 22.9.2004 and 16.5.2003 and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to give all consequential benefits to the petitioner, including treating the period of suspension as on duty.
