A.Nos.782 to 784 of 2023 in T.O.S.No.24 of 1991 N.SESHASAYEE.J., A.No.782 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 490 days in setting aside the abatement in the Legal Heirs of the deceased 7th plaintiff in the above T.O.S.

2.A.No.783 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th plaintiff.

3.A.No.784 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the proposed plaintiffs as plaintiffs 9, 10 and 11, the LRs of deceased 7th plaintiff in T.O.S.No.24 of 1991.

4.Heard. All these applications are allowed.

5.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is required to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the T.O.S.No.24 of 1991 on or before 21.02.2023.
