ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 30.03.2021 made in W.P.No.5213 of 2012.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has filed the copy of the G.O. i.e. G.O.(2D)No.174 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2ii) Department, dated 04.11.2022.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not controverted the aforestated facts.
