2. On hearing the learned counsel, the following four words in Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 18.10.2022 in O.P.No.143 of 2022 may be deleted:

"....in a motor accident."

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 18.10.2022, shall remain intact.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy.
