2.A.No.786 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 3rd defendant in the above T.O.S.

3.A.No.787 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the proposed defendants as defendants 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 in T.O.S.No.24 of 1994.
