The petitioner was terminated from service on 30.11.2004. The termination order was challenged in this proceedings. At the time of filing this Writ Petition, the petitioner was 47 years old.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after termination, she was employed in some other school and retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. Even if the impugned order is set aside, it will not serve any purpose, since the matter has become infructuous. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently the connected W.P.M.P.No.1974 of 2008 is closed.
