The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.02.2017 by which the petitioner has been directed to vacate the premises belonging to the respondent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that the building was already demolished and the petitioner had already vacated the premises.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for both sides, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
