(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioners are challenging a letter dated 11.02.2024 from second respondent, South Indian Bank Limited, rejecting petitioners' offer of one time settlement.

2. In our view, no writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is maintainable. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
