O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to give permission to conduct a festival program schedule to be held on 26.04.2017 in Arulmighu Sri Magasakthi Mariyamman Temple by considering his representation dated 19.04.2017.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondents on 19.04.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Temple on 26.04.2017, the respondents have not passed orders till today.

3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same. 4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, today itself (25.04.2017).

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
