ORDER
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2 nd respondent submits that the summons was issued in the enquiry proceedings under Section 81 of the TNCSC Act. Pursuant to the summons, enquiry was conducted and the enquiry officer submitted his report on 23.03.2018. Thereafter 1 st respondent initiated surcharge proceedings which concluded on 26.02.2021. The 1 st respondent in the surcharge proceedings finding that the petitioner had not caused any loss to the Society, exonerated him.
2. In view of the subsequent development, this Court is of the view that nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
