..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.11.2018 made by the petitioner for granting seniority in the cadre of Gr-I Warder and as well as Chief Head Warder at par with his Junior Tamilmaran and for notional promotion to the post of Assistant Jailor and Deputy Jailor with all consequential service benefits including pensionary benefits.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.11.2018 made by the petitioner for granting seniority in the cadre of Gr-I Warder and as well as Chief Head Warder at par with his Junior Tamilmaran and for notional promotion to the post of Assistant Jailor and Deputy Jailor with all consequential service benefits including pensionary benefits.
2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the revision of seniority with reference to the Service Register of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner has not been considered. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation on 19.11.2018 to the respondent and the said representation is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 19.11.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
