ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 364(a) and 365 of IPC and Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in Cr.No.1990 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having seven previous cases. Further, now he is detained under Goondas.

3. Hence, in view of the above said facts, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
