Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in Aa.1/6962/2010 dated 16.8.2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to implement the settlement reached between the Petitioner and

the Management of the third respondent under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 dated 16.8.2010. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Sunil Kumar For Respondents-1&2: Mrs.T.Girija, Government Advocate.

For Respondent-3 : Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, Special Government Pleader (Co-op.).

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner-Union as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent states that during the pendency of the writ petition, two Settlements were entered into between the recognised Trade Union as well as the Management during the year 2013 and in the year 2018. In these two Settlements, the writ petitioner-Union is also a party and therefore, the grounds raised in the present writ petition deserves no further adjudication.

2. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
