(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The work for creation of the infrastructure facilities for 53.33 acres IT Park is stated to be in progress and the time period for the same stands extended upto 07.05.2017, before which it is expected to be inaugurated. The aforesaid stand of the learned Government Pleader is taken on record and the petitioner prayer for setting up of such IT Park is thus closed. No costs.
