Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to Bye Law No.11(i)(b) of the Pasteur Institute of India, Coonoor, Bye Laws, 1978 and the impugned order of the respondent in Proceedings No.A.50011/175/2007-PIIC dated 06.02.2008 issued in exercise of the power conferred under the said bye-law and quash the same and direct the respondent to continue the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.
