The petitioner, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.12.2023, registered for the offences under Sections 354(D) of I.P.C and 67 of IT Act in Crime No.481 of 2023 seeks bail.

2. It is stated that the defacto complainant had received video call from an unknown number, which was later found as that from the petitioner exhibiting nudity.

3. It is stated that investigation has been completed, but however let the defacto complainant be confident to depose and tender evidence before this Court.
