The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 31.07.2015 in M.P.No.2 of 2014 in W.P.No.14894 of 2014, has filed the present contempt petition.

Mr.V.Nanmaran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the District Elementary Education Officer, Keelapalur, has passed a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3569/Aar/2014 dated 29.01.2022 and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact.
