Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of declaration, declaring that the cut-off dated fixed by G.O.Ms.No.259 Finance (Pension) Department, dated 06.08.2003 as 01.04.2003 for taking the employees appointed after 01.04.2003 out of the purview of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 and putting the said employees under the Contributory Pension Scheme is arbitrary and irrational.
