India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of petitioner representation and forthwith remove the illegally unauthorisedly placed unidentified container from the service road of the 200 Feet Radial Road situated in front of petitioner property in Survey No.61/3A5, Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur, Taluk, Chennai.

ORDER
Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the 4th respondent.
2.It is now informed that the unidentified container has been removed from front of the petitioner's premises and moved about 100 meters away. Further, the unidentified container continues to remain in the 200 feet road. The status report has been filed by G.Murugesan, Inspector of Police, T14 Pallikaranai L&O Police Station, wherein, in paragraphs 4 and 5, he has stated as follows:
"4.It is further submitted that on 22.02.2026, I along with my police parties (ie.,) Tr.Gopi-Sub Inspector of Police, Tr.Pandiyarajan-Gr.I PC 1884 and Tr.Manojkumar-PC 2615 were went to the above said place and remove the
illegally and unauthorisedly placed unidentified container from the service road of the 200 feet radial road situated in front of his property in Survey No.61/3A5, Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai.
5.It is further submitted that the removed container had been placed approximately 100 metres away from Survey No.61/3A5, Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai. During the enquiry, the owner of the container was identified as Thiru. Srinivasan, who gave an oral assurance that he would arrange vehicle and crane to remove the container within three days and refused to give the written undertaking regarding the removal of container." 3.Therefore, the report clearly shows that the person who is the owner of the container has not responded to the request of the police to remove the container. Considering the fact that he has left the container unidentified on the road, the 4th respondent shall initiate such proceedings against the said Srinivasan and ensure that the container is removed from the 200 feet road. 4.
The Inspector of Police is present today before this Court and considering the fact that he has immediately responded to the directions, this Court appreciates the speed with which the container has been removed from the front of the petitioner's premises and hope the Inspector of Police shall take immediate action and remove the container from the 200 feet road.
