Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by 2nd respondent dated 12.04.2010 having reference Na.Ka.No.43561/R1/E1/09 and quash the same insofar as it relates to the allotment of Contributory Pension Scheme index numbers 401756 and 401757 in Serial No.41 and 42 to the petitioners under the Contributory Pension Scheme and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to retain the petitioners in the existing General Provident Fund Scheme under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978.
