This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the second petitioner to report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.31018 of 2022 dated 19.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks. However, the petitioner, now seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.
