Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's objection letter dated 25.01.2020 and call the petitioner for enquiry to explore the possibilities to reduce the damage for the petitioner land in R.S. No. 185/3 situated in Pudupai Village, Vellakoil Union, Dharapuram Taluk, Mulanur Sub-Register, Tiruppur District and alter the Transmission line.

O R D E R

When it is pointed by the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Second to Sixth Respondents, on instructions, states that the proposed erection is not done by the TANGEDCO and it had been done by the TANTRANSCO , Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition against TANTRANSCO in that regard and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
