Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the first respondent vide letter No.75987/T & A-1/2009 dated 18.06.2010 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Accounts Officer, Grade III.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 18.06.2010 and consequently, to grant promotion to him to the post of Account Officer (Grade III). Pending writ petition, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation.

2. This writ petition came up for hearing on 16.11.2021, 24.11.2021, 22.12.2021, 21.01.2022, 28.01.2022 and 21.02.2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and on these occasions the petitioner was not represented. Today also when the matter was called in the morning and again in the evening, there was no representation in respect of the petitioner.
