ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the petitioner, though was informed about the hearing, did not respond. Hence the counsel has reported no instructions to this memo dated 15.06.2023.
2. This Court finds that the petitioner has been duly informed by his counsel, but he has not chosen to respond. Therefore, keeping this writ petition pending will be only futile. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.12536 of 2005 is also dismissed.
