This writ petition is filed directing the second respondent to count the petitioner's 50% period of service as Balasevika later re-designated as Child Welfare Officer and Anganwadi worker from 05.08.1972 to 22.05.2007 which period she was working on Department dated 13.06.2011 and grant other terminal benefits.
The learned Special Government Pleader is present and the counter has been filed by the respondents.
Today, when the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" there is no representation o behalf of the petitioner. Even on an earlier occasion there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
