ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The petitioner's counsel has filed a memo dated 15.06.2023 to the effect that the petitioner's counsel is unable to contact the petitioner. The letter addressed to the petitioner is returned to the counsel with an endorsement "Addressee cannot be located. Not known. Return to sender". In the said circumstances, the counsel has reported no instructions.
2. This writ petition is pending for more than 18 years and the counsel for valid reasons has reported no instructions. This Court has no means to contact the petitioner, as the letter sent to the petitioner by her counsel is returned unserved. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that the writ petition may be dismissed for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.12537 of 2005 is also dismissed.
