PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to letter dated 10.03.2005 issued by the second respondent in his office Lr.No.AG (A & E)/Legal Cell/ Notice/ 1032, quash the same and direct the second respondent to issue necessary orders for payment of the remaining 50 % of the family pension to the petitioner.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29747 of 2007 dated 08.02.2019 , nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
