Prayer:Contempt petitions filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for his willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 30.06.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15174 of 2011.

ORDER
When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners.
2.The Petitioners in the contempt petition, had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.15174/2011 for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.E1.6217/11, dated 01.06.2011, of the first respondent herein and quash the same and to direct the first respondent to consider the petition dated 30.05.2011 of the petitioners and dispose of the same on merits. 3.This Court by order dated 30.06.2011 allowed the writ petition in 2/4
W.P.No. 15174/2011, in the following lines :
''In the facts and circumstances of the case and also construing the provisions under the Tamil Nadu Estates (Abolition and conversion into Ryotawari) Act, 1948 (Act XXVI of 1948) that there is no prohibition to the authority concerned for condoning the delay, following the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11593 of 2011 dated 29.04.2011, this writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 01.06.2011 is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the first respondent-Assistant Settlement Officer for passing appropriate orders giving opportunity to the petitioners. Such order shall be passed by the first respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No Costs.''
4.This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.15174/2011 dated 30.06.2011. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2011 was considered and an order has been passed by the Assistant Settlement Officer on 11.07.2016.
6. Since the representation of the petitioners has been considered and an order has been passed by the first respondent on 11.07.2016, the same is in compliance with the direction of this Court. Therefore, this Court does 3/4
not find any disobedience, much less wilful disobedience, of the order passed in W.P.No.15174/2011 dated 30.06.2011. 7.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No Costs.
