ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.175 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram to be transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. 1/4

2.Despite service of notice on the respondent, the respondent has not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through any counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in today's cause list. The respondent is called and set ex-parte. Hence, I proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The petitioner is the wife, who is a party to the proceedings in HMOP.No.175 of 2024. The petitioner seeks transfer of the said HMOP from the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram to the file of the Subordinate Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. 4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the said transfer petition and I have also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in this regard. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a prima facie case for seeking transfer.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP.No.175 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram and transferred to the file of the 2/4

Subordinate Court, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 06.06.2025 ata To 1.The Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.
