.....Respondents Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the fourth respondent herein to given weightage and preference to petitioner's scored mark of 287 in NEET-PG 2021-2022 Examination and to direct and reserve and allocate the actual rank of 17 to petitioner's application made before the fourth
respondent and to allocate the choice of course in whichever college suitable to petitioner's application to pursue petitioner's Post Graduate Medical Course under NRI category for the academic session 2021-2022.

ORDER
Read this in order in conjunction with order dated 24.02.2022 reading as follows:- "The status of the petitioner as NRI Candidate is not in dispute. The only dispute that is raised is there is no sponsorship certificate furnished by either the parent or by the guardian as required under 3(d) of the prospectus.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would now state that the father has sufficient financial capability has been acquired post the last date for submission of applications. Furthermore, the certification from the Consulate has also not been enclosed with the application form.
3. In such circumstances, learned Special Government Pleader would seek a few days to verify whether the authorities would be inclined to accept the sponsorship as well as the certification at this point in time.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there were 43 vacant seats as on 07.02.2022, when the writ petition was filed. It would thus also be in the interests of the respondents to admit the candidate, he would state.
5. List on 03.03.2022 to enable the learned Special Government Pleader to obtain instructions in this regard.
2. Pursuant thereto the petitioner is stated to have appeared for counselling.

3.I humbly submit that as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, the candidate application has been considered under the NRI Quota for the Post Graduate Counselling and her name has been included in the NRI Eligible List for a=Admission to PG Degree/Diploma Courses 2021-2022 Session. The petitioners rank is 37 in the NRI Merit List and Ar.No.22116.
4. I humbly submit that the registration and choice locking for the Round 2 of counselling for Management Quota under NRI category on 01.03.2022 and 02.03.2022. The result for the above round will be published on 03.03.2022.
4.Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
