In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), considering the facts and circumstances of the case in order to redress the grievance addressed by the petitioner, it would be appropriate to issue some direction to the respondent for completing the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
