ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.442 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chithode Police Station, Erode District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode on 10.01.2024. If ultimately, the final report is acted upon and summons is served to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
