Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 02.05.2023 and 16.12.2025 by release and de-attach the petitioner's property measuring about 1000 sq. ft. along with pucca building situated at No.204, Bazzar Street, Madhavaram, Chennai - 600 060, from the attachment proceedings arising out of Crl.M.P.No.81 of 2022 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruvallur.

Mr.B.Manibharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal to redress her grievances.
