It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners, who have filed these writ petitions is no more and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has taken efforts to contact the legal heirs of the writ petitioners, but unable to secure instructions. Thus, reports no instructions.

Since the writ petitions are already closed, no further orders are required in these writ petitions.
