When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today. 2.It is made clear that the presence of the petitioner will be insisted only when her presence is absolutely required, namely; at the time of conciliation or during evidence giving.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
