Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records of the 2nd respondent relating to the Savings Bank Account Number 100002140590 and the order of the second respondent Bank seeking a Succession Certificate vide its email dated 24.03.2018 and quash the actions on their part in not paying in to the accounts of a nominee on the death of a Depositor as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the respondent No.1 to accept the petitioner as a lawful nominee and pay the amounts in the above said account to the petitioner with interest and exemplary costs.
