PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to direct the XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, to issue necessary orders to the Police to provide Police aid to execute the Delivery warrant in E.P.No.972 of 2021 in R.C.O.P.No.2187 of 2002 as expeditiously as possible.

Despite the fact that a Police aid has been ordered in an Execution Petition as early as on 01.12.2022, the decree is yet to be executed. The warrant has not been executed as the Police aid was not available. The matter has been adjourned frequently for this purpose. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and a direction is issued to the learned XIII Additional Small Causes Judge, Chennai to ensure the order of recovery of possession with Police aid as directed on 01.12.2022. The order shall be complied with on or before 15.04.2025. 2.The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above direction.
