When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he was not able to contact the petitioner and he is not able to get instructions from the petitioner.

2.The matter is of the year 2005. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also considering that the matter is of the year 2005, there will be no useful purpose in keeping the writ petition pending. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
