CMP.No.3460 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the seventh respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased seventh respondent, CMP.No.3461 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the seventh respondent and CMP.No.3462 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased seventh respondent as the party respondents.

2. I have gone through the affidavits and satisfied with the same. Accordingly, delay is condoned.
